Luna’s Little Stars – Our Inspiration
Luna Petagine suffered from a rare form of cancer and just before her 2nd birthday she was diagnosed with an Ependymoma, a brain tumour which attacks the central nervous system. She fought so incredibly hard for 4 years and 5 days and along that journey she taught us all many things. One was to never give up. She inspired us to set up this charity to honour her memory and to offer comfort and support to children and their families suffering in the same way. Read more. . .
WE GIVE HOPE AND GRANT WISHES TO CHILDREN WITH BRAIN TUMOURS
GIVING HOPE
We offer the chance to visit other clinics or hospitals worldwide where there may be hope for a child’s brain tumour. We will fund travel and accommodation and costs towards preliminary tests.
GRANTING WISHES
We offer the chance for children with terminal brain tumours and their family to visit Euro Disney. This was Luna’s favourite place on earth and through donations we have made this happen for several families.
